Upon arrival at our recycling facility the material is logged and sorted according to condition, size and type.

Larger tyres are pre-cut into small segments in preparation for shredding and steel and textile extraction—producing a range of clean, high-grade rubber granules and mesh.

Data is collected at various stages to comply with Chain of Custody requirements.

These tyres are designed to meet the needs of the most difficult working conditions, such as those used by quarries, surface mining, construction and underground mining. These tyres are extremely hard wearing and resist the roughest terrains.

Mining OTR Tyres

These tyres are primarily used for navigating across the uneven and rough terrain of farms and fields. They have a very aggressive tread that sheds snow and mud well.

These tyres are made to sustain the challenges of commercial vehicles that prioritise performance and durability. They are tough tyres that are suitable for trucks, buses, vans, and certain mining and agricultural vehicles.

Conveyor belts are used to transport material in a straight line or through changes in elevation or direction. They are mainly used by industry for conveying bulk materials like grain, ore, coal, and sand.
